Go to our List Your Home page and create an account with a unique log-in and password (it’s quick and free).
Then fill out a short, on-line questionnaire about your home, i.e. price, location, contact information, etc. (it’s quick and free). Our computers will give you a unique listing number and add your listing to our searchable, national database.
Option 1: Shoot the video tour yourself
- Shoot and narrate a 3-5 minute video tour of your home (we tell you how on our Shoot Your Own page.)
- Write the listing number on your tape and send it to us along with the $35 posting fee.
Option 2: We’ll shoot video tour for you
- We’ll come out and shoot and narrate a 3-5 minute video tour of your home. You will pay the videographer $50 and he/she will give you the video tape.
- Write the listing number on the tape and send it to us along with the $35 posting fee. Your total cost is $85 which includes videotaping and posting.
When we receive the videotape we’ll upload it to your individual HomeVidz listing. We'll send you a HomeVidz yard sign to tell people where to see your unique videotour. You owe us nothing more and your listing can stay on HomeVidz until your home sells. We think that’s a pretty good deal.
